Spencer's Chicken Patties

This recipe was passed down from another health coach for a high protein and delicious meal. I use the spicy hot quest chips for added heat and top the patty with a little mayo or ranch dressing. You can enjoy it alone or put it on any keto bun of your choosing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 190 grams Quest protein chips I use 4 bags

Instructions
 

  • Crush Quest chips (blender, food processor or in a Ziplock) then place on a plate.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken and spices. Mix well.
  • Pour egg whites into a separate bowl.
  • Separate chicken mixture into 6 evenly sized patties (about 150 grams each).
  • Dip each patty into egg whites and then coat with chips.
  • Bake or air fry on 375 for 16 minutes. Flip at 8 minutes for a crunchier texture.
